Social media posts and posters will be teasing the activation, and EDMs will be sent to current MUSE users to raise awareness about the campaign leading up to the event.

Awareness Phase

This is the event that the users who participated and won will attend. It will be a music festival held abroad and will include a couple of activities that require the use of points from the new MUSE app to gain access to.

Events Phase

Here, MUSE will share social media posts promoting the event to entice people to download the new app and win more experiences. A promotional video will also be shared by MUSE on its social media channels.

Since MUSE is about creating memories, the goal here is to emphasise on including the target audience in the journey.

EDM Invites

EDMs will be sent to registered users to have them aware of this upcoming activation.

Users will be instructed to update or download the app in order to find out what MUSE has in store for them.

MUSE will tease the start of their campaign via their social media channels, hinting that something exciting is coming.

A3 posters will be spread around Dubai in malls, specific restaurants, and even outdoors for people to find and scan the QR code to find out more.

Once the QR code is scanned, it leads them to the new MUSE app, asking them to download for an exciting activity and possible reward.

Now that our users are aware of something exciting coming their way and have downloaded the new MUSE app, what's in store for them?

Once the app is downloaded, it immediately leads users to the experiences page. On this page, the user will only be able to view the experience once they're registered.​

The hunt consists of gift boxes placed in specific and strategic areas around MUSE brand stores, and there's only one aim: find them.

Why MUSE brand stores? What better way to drive sales and ensure more people win MUSE points for later use?​

The app provides you with instructions and clues to be able to find your very own box.

The Box

Every box contains 3 things: a drawstring bag, a metal water bottle and a t-shirt, eluding to an upcoming event.

Once you find the box, you're given the opportunity to redeem your next experience through the new MUSE app.

phase ii: elevated existence

At the event, it's not enough to just get your users there; you need to give them a reason to keep using the app.

That's why MUSE offers exclusive backstage passes to be redeemed through your points!

Other activities also include polaroid or vintage Kodak pictures to be taken at the event in order to take your new experience home.

phase iii: memories created

A promotional video would be filmed and uploaded on the app, as well as MUSE’s social media accounts to showcase the success of its campaign.
